📍 Shipping Coverage

We currently ship pan-India to all serviceable pin codes.

Please note: We are not offering international shipping at the moment.

⏳ Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
You will receive an email or SMS confirmation with tracking details once your order is shipped.

📦 Estimated Delivery Time

Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 3–7 business days
Remote Areas: Up to 10 business days

Delivery timelines are approximate and may vary slightly due to courier handling or unforeseen delays (weather, strikes, festivals, etc.).

Free shipping on orders ₹499 and above
₹50 shipping fee on orders below ₹499
Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available

🚫 Undelivered or Returned Orders

If an order is returned to us due to incorrect address, phone number, or repeated delivery failures, we will reach out to confirm details. Re-shipping may require additional charges.

📬 Order Not Received?

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received the order:
Please notify us within 24 hours at info@purvae.in
We will coordinate with the shipping partner for resolution
