Returns

Due to the personal, aromatic, and handcrafted nature of our products, we do not accept returns once a product has been opened, used, or tampered with.

However, we will be happy to assist you if:

  • Your order was damaged in transit
  • You received an incorrect item
  • There is a manufacturing issue

To initiate a request, please contact us at info@purvae.in within 48 hours of receiving your package.

When contacting us, please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos or an unboxing video of the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

We’ll review your request and work swiftly to arrange a replacement or suitable resolution for verified issues.

Refunds

Refunds are processed only under specific circumstances:

  • Product is out of stock after purchase
  • There is verified damage and no replacement is available

Refunds are NOT provided for:

  • Opened or used products
  • Dislike of fragrance (scent preference is subjective)
  • Change of mind
